Title: Was in escrow with a scammer. How long for resolve?

I was in  a transaction with the scammer "Enderthehegemon".  I never came out of escrow.  Well I had to wait for a few days for the resolve button to come up so I can get my refund.  Now that it's obvious he's a con.  How long will it take for me and others to get our money so we can place another order?  It says 5 days before Admin will step in.  5 days! 

In this type of situation when it's a obvious con and he ran off the site.  MIA for about 6 days.  And plenty of proof from other members that it was a scam and NOTHING was sent.  It shouldn't take 5 days for us who have money in escrow to get it back.  They can't reach him because he is a con man who ran away.  So what would be the problem?  It's cut and dry. 

The only resolution is to just release our money out of escrow back to us.  If there's a reason why this simply cant happen quickly.  Let me know why.  Thank you.

I was in escrow with ETH also, I was waiting for the four days to come up so I could cancel.  Yesterday I found my order had been cancelled early (presumably by admins) and my bitcoins were back in my possession.

So anyway, I don't think you will have a problem getting your money out of escrow - Take it up with SR.

I contacted SR support and they told me to wait for the resolve button.  Which I did, wanted for over a week.  Now it says it will take 5 days for the Admin to step in.  This is my little fun money that's in escrow.  I don't have any other money to throw around.  I already waited for over a week.  Now I have to wait for another. 

This is a open and shut case.  I cant have my money sit in there for another week.  ETH is gone.  There's nothing to dispute.  So what's the hold up?

LOL! True.  ;D  But I still have no idea why they haven't put MY MONEY back into my account.  Got no reply from support.  There's NOTHING to dispute.

I guess I  need to chill before I'm banned.  :-X  I had two topics removed.  Asking SR "why can't you release my money back to me."  Don't mean to make it look like something dirty is going on.  I was just asking why I'm going to have to wait so long.  And none of the support staff said there's nothing they can do. 

Fuck it!  If I have to wait another week because someone can't press a couple keys.  Cool...

Thanks Nomad.  :)  I sent him a message earlier today.  He already read it.  Nothing yet, but I'm hoping he's looking into it.  I just want an answer.  When will I get my money?  If he gives me a reply.  I'll donate 1 btc to the SR Mod fund.  ;D
